About this simulator

An independent practice tool

  • This is an independent practice simulator. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Toronto Metropolitan University or Kira Talent.
  • All questions are original simulations, not leaked or official assessment questions.
  • The real assessment format may differ. The default timing is a practice preset based on reported past formats; actual assessment instructions always take precedence.
  • The app does not know any confidential admissions rubrics. Review criteria are general reflection guides.
  • No practice rating predicts admission. Self-assessments are for your own reflection only.
  • Practice is meant to strengthen independent thinking and communication. In the real assessment you must produce your own responses.

Grounded in TMU's public mission

Questions draw on the School of Medicine's published vision — "A healthier society, together." — its seven values (health equity; community engagement; reconciliation and Indigenous resurgence; equity, diversity, inclusion, accessibility and mutual respect; well-being; leadership; integrity) and five educational pillars, along with general Brampton and Peel Region community context.

Privacy

Your practice responses are stored locally in this browser and are not automatically uploaded. There are no accounts, no analytics on your answers and no AI services. Recordings are only captured after you grant camera and microphone permission and a response period begins.

Browser storage can be cleared by the browser, by private/incognito mode, or by clearing site data. Download anything you want to keep. You can delete individual recordings, sessions or all data from your history.

When reflecting on clinical or volunteer experiences, never record or write identifiable patient information.

Browser support

Recording uses your browser's built-in camera and recording features and requires a secure (HTTPS) connection. Recent Chrome, Edge and Firefox record WebM; Safari records MP4. A desktop or laptop is recommended.
